Job Description:
The Cluster Risk Models & Calculations team is responsible for developing and maintaining group-wide models for credit risk, operational risk, capital requirements, and stress-testing. Our team is the model owner and first line of defense for model risk. We implement models in calculation kernels, specify and implement rating tools, and calculate economic capital requirements. We also provide professional responses to customer requests and are the main contact for regulators and internal auditors concerning model development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculating and analyzing risk figures for regulatory, economic, and accounting purposes
  • Performing impact analyses on RWA and loan loss provisions
  • Implementing new requirements from business departments and regulators regarding risk figures calculation and reporting
  • Ensuring data quality of inputs and outputs regarding risk figures calculation

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a Master's degree in economics, econometrics, mathematics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and interest in banking regulations are essential. Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python programming languages is required. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
