Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Expert to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation policies and procedures to ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of local employment law and labor regulations
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and people managers to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
  • Lead benchmarking studies to identify best practices in compensation and benefits
  • Support job analysis and evaluation process to ensure accurate job classification and compensation levels
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and retention programs to enhance engagement and motivation
  • Contribute to development of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management on compensation-related matters

Requirements:

  • University Degree level education or equivalent;
  • 3-5+ years experience in Compensation & Benefits; preferably in FMCG/international company;
  • Experience in HR Generalist/HR Business Partner role would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of local employment law & labor regulations (social security & tax rules)
  • Experience in Employee Cost Management/Budgeting is an advantage
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel & strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English
  • Very good communication & influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
