Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer to join our team at Jitterbit. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in implementing our Jitterbit solution for customers, delivering a highly satisfactory client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Jitterbit solutions for customers, ensuring successful project implementation.
  • Developing and managing project plans and project artifacts according to Jitterbit's Project Management methodology.
  • Coordinating project meetings and setting expectations across project stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Escalating identified issues to the appropriate stakeholders and managing issues to resolution.
  • Actively communicating project status, including project percentage completed and burn rate.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline, plus 2 years of related professional experience.
  • 2+ years of client-facing technical solution delivery and implementation experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Integration platforms, such as Jitterbit, Informatica, Cast Iron/IBM, TIBCO, Mulesoft, Talend, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic.
  • Experience with common relational database technologies, including SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
  • Familiarity with one or more leading SaaS solutions, such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Workday, etc.
  • Familiarity with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols, including XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, ODBC/JDBC, etc.
  • English C1/C2 proficiency, verbal and written.
