About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Office Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Tipico.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless office operations by providing hands-on support to the team and delivering office management services efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate office projects and initiatives by working closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and management to drive successful implementation.
  • Manage office space planning by owning the planning and coordination of office layouts and ensuring all changes are executed smoothly.
  • Organize events and travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation, to ensure employees' business trips are organized and hassle-free.
  • Oversee health and safety by ensuring the office is compliant with all regulations, coordinating safety meetings, and providing necessary training for employees.
  • Manage local suppliers by building relationships with vendors and ensuring office services are delivered effectively.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the business and help it run smoothly.

Your Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: You hold a degree-level education or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: You have proven experience in office management, with a plus for experience in a tech or digital environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Languages: Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
