**Job Description:**

  • Maintain and update security reference data on multiple platforms, including the accounting platform and Order Management Systems used by Grafton Sp. Z o.o.
  • Adhere to and exercise firm valuation policy and procedures.
  • Process day-to-day securities pricing, addressing pricing challenges due to outliers, corporate actions data feeds, and security master file and analytics integrity.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with Pricing Vendors, Operations, Performance, Investment Teams, and Traders to create solutions to complex challenges.
  • Govern the Proxy Voting process, working within the proxy system and directly with front office personnel and legal teams.
  • Communicate voluntary corporate actions with the front office teams and custodians, processing them within the accounting platform and Order Management Systems.
  • Assist in overseeing benchmark providers, engaging in exceptions and sourcing new data when necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • Pro-active team orientation with above-average oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and fast learning skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve within complex processes.
  • Experience with various security types, including pricing, analytics, and corporate actions.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 4 years of experience working with equity, fixed income, or derivatives markets and financial data.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and services and information systems.
  • Experience in Back or Middle Office Operations with an emphasis on securities markets.
  • Knowledge of various securities processing platforms.
