About the Role:

Fresenius Medical Care is a leading provider of medical devices and services. We are seeking an experienced HR IT System Administrator to join our team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of LogaHR, a critical system for our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain LogaHR, ensuring it operates correctly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement procedures for change management, testing, and approval of system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to colleagues on Loga functionalities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with LogaHR, providing timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for LogaHR processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to address queries and provide support.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of LogaHR.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Business Informatics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR IT system management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
