Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Cybersecurity Competency Centre.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of security specialists and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

With your expertise in consultative sales and negotiation techniques, you will be able to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and identify potential clients in target markets (Polish and international)
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base
  3. Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with existing ones
  4. Promote and sell cybersecurity services to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize business events and promote our brand
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in consultative sales and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Full proficiency in English, enabling effective cooperation with international business partners
  • Knowledge of Polish
