Job Description

The Dispatch and Logging team at Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join their cross-functional Scrum Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing mission-critical products using C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy back-end applications using C++ and Node.js
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Work closely with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration and user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in back-end development
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in back-end development with C/C++
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Angular
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent level of English
  • Agile mindset
