Job Description

As a Senior Business Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, designing solutions, and mentoring less experienced team members. Your role will involve:

  • Coordinating small Agile implementation projects or acting as an independent leader of a project area
  • Leading complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, designing solutions, and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Acting as a Scrum Master with an option to develop as an Agile Coach
  • Supporting B2B sales activities

Your success will be measured by your ability to ensure quality deliverables, apply analytical thinking, and drive results-oriented teams. You will work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment
  • Understanding of how insurance companies or banks work, being familiar with their key processes and business models
  • Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
  • Ability to ensure quality of deliverables, apply analytical thinking, and synthesis skills
  • Team management and taking responsibility for team results
  • Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis
  • At least a bachelor's degree
  • Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers
