We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Gastronomy Sales Representative to join our team at Brown-Forman.



In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with gastronomy outlets and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and brand awareness.



About the Role




  • Diligently execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and revenue expansion.
  • Broaden your expertise in the gastronomy market by staying up-to-date on the latest trends and competitor activities.
  • Nurture a robust database of 100 regular customers through regular visits, providing them with tailored solutions and excellent service.
  • Maintain optimum stock levels across all serviced customers, ensuring timely orders and deliveries.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and management teams.
  • Report on mobile reporting systems, tracking key performance indicators and providing insightful analysis.
  • Possess flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.


Your Skills and Qualifications




  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent demonstrated field sales experience in FMCG.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly establish business contacts and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Bring knowledge of bartending trends and the gastronomy market in the area.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location)
