Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement projects at various client sites, including managing the activities of staff and subcontractors.

  • Proactively communicate with customers and partners to provide product and services information, identify opportunities for value enhancement, and translate customer needs into detailed project plans.
  • Manage a network of resources, including contractors, to support project execution.
  • Develop reports that describe project results and participate in proposal development for new projects.
  • Ensure project budgets and timelines are met, allocating resources as needed to meet customer obligations.
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables, negotiating change orders with customers when necessary.
  • Represent the company professionally during all customer communications, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

  • Lead technical aspects of projects on a strategic level, working on national initiatives, and leading teams across different locations and skill sets.
  • Manage mega healthcare programs and projects, understanding healthcare workflow and processes.
  • Analyze data, present findings, and develop recommendations to inform business decisions, linking analysis to overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in process design, improvement, and implementation, adapting to exceptions, and developing new procedures and workarounds.
  • Solve complex issues, drive solutions across functions, and coach others on troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Project management experience in the healthcare digital industry.
  • EMR/HIS experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager.
  • Minimum 10 years of global healthcare IT experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
  • PMI Certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English as a primary/secondary language.
