Key Accountabilities

The following list highlights the key responsibilities of the Private Equity Fund Accounting Assistant Manager:

  • Capital Call and Distribution Processing: Manage the entire lifecycle of capital calls and distributions, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Investor Allocations: Oversee the creation and maintenance of waterfall structures, ensuring fair and transparent allocation of funds to investors.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reports, including IRRs, to stakeholders.
  • NAV Calculations: Prepare and deliver net asset value calculations and financial statements within specified deadlines.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide additional reports and analysis as required by clients or stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hedge fund administration, with at least 2 years at supervisor level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to positively influence team morale and take ownership of designated tasks.
