Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our 8-person, venture-backed team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our scalable backend services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust, secure, and scalable backend services using AWS, SQL, and database management across platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, ClickHouse, and Postgres.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent, maintainable codebase using TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with the team to build out the front end.
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines and integrations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of backend development experience, with significant experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for managing and deploying scalable backend services.
  • Deep experience with SQL and working with large datasets across BigQuery, Snowflake, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Neo4j for back-end development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, HTMX, custom JSX-like render functions (no React) for front-end development.
  • Experience building APIs, data pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a startup environment.
  • 7+ years of experience as developer.

  • You enjoy working with a diverse team and are passionate about contributing to a positive company culture.

Please note that overlap is required: 2-3 hours with ET - so ideally work hours are in between 10-20.
