The successful candidate will have:
- Completed studies in finance, accounting, business or related field
- Advanced knowledge of English and one of the following languages: German/Portuguese/Spanish and Czech+Slovak
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the area of Credit/Collections or Customer Service
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual
- Proficient in analyzing financial data
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good Excel skills
- Stable employment conditions

- Payment Processing: Follow up on payments received, request remittance details, and provide copy documents.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Produce collection-related reports and provide payment forecasts.
- Process Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing credit management efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOX-defined controls and compliance standards.
