Compensation Package

As a Data Warehouse Engineer, you will have the chance to work on exciting international projects in cutting-edge industries like Automotive, Biotech, and IoT.

Job Description

**Responsibilities**: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions that drive business insights and innovation.

- Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions aligned with business objectives;

- Work with cloud technologies, primarily AWS, Snowflake, and Matillion, ensuring seamless data operations;

- Design and maintain dimensional data models focusing on data access, storage, and performance optimization;

- Extract, transform, and load data using both low-code and high-code ETL environments;

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into actionable data solutions;

- Utilize tools such as Power BI and Tabular Editor to support data visualization and reporting needs;

- Manage code repositories using Git, including branching, pushing, and pulling operations;

- Drive continuous improvement and technical enhancements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Warehouse development and support;
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, Snowflake, or Matillion;
  • Commercial experience and profound knowledge of Snowflake;
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
  • Proficiency in dimensional modeling and handling data storage and access;
  • Hands-on experience with both low-code and high-code ETL tools;
  • Basic understanding of Git for code management;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to gather and clarify requirements effectively;
  • Fluency in English (C1) to work seamlessly in an international environment;
  • Location in Poland to facilitate collaboration and attendance at occasional team meetings.
