We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Transformation Specialist to join our team

Job Description:

As an SAP Supply Chain Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA ERP templates in our production plants and national companies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps between existing functionalities and regional requirements, providing input on process deviations and offering alternative solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing project-related design activities within regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific) with specific regional or local requirements
  • Identifying gaps between existing functionalities and creating ideas to close them
  • Providing input to Process Management Organization and SAP Build and Configuration team regarding process deviations
  • Offering alternative solutions to plant requirements within ERP-template's process toolbox or organizationally
  • Establishing target-oriented subprocess controlling and continuous process improvement
  • Training Key-Users at ZF sites
  • Conducting test preparation and execution with Key-Users at sites
  • Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching, and validation tasks
  • Ensuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP template
  • Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project-related questions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive process experience in automotive or industrial business
  • Extensive functional SAP experience incl. interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules (preferred SAP-modules MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM)
  • Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects
  • Knowledge of specific regional, legal, or local process requirements
  • Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach
  • Empathic and culturally open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
  • Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide
  • Fluent English language skills

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of 70,000 - 90,000 EUR per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
