Logistics Inbound Specialist: Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Inbound Specialist to join our team at the forefront of digital transformation. This role plays a vital part in shaping the future of ZF Group's logistics processes.
About the RoleAs a Logistics Inbound Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming requirements to orchestrate design, realization, and testing of the ERP system for ZF Group. You will define detailed global target processes with functional process teams, verify the necessity of process enhancements or variants, and manage them accordingly.
You will continuously improve the new ERP Template by optimizing and standardizing business processes across all divisions and domains. Your expertise will ensure efficient interfaces to major programs influencing ERP processes and drive innovation within the respective process.
You will consult and support process management organization functions, always keeping focus on holistic end-to-end functionality, and support training of the Roll-Out Organization to understand details of the ERP template.
You will also define and evaluate solution scenarios for scalable implementation, including long-term perspectives to develop maximum digitalization. You will verify solution scenarios in collaboration with ZF IT experts and define end-to-end test scenarios, including test automation potentials.
Requirements- Excellent knowledge of eWM Inbound processes along with EDI, ASN, and other functional elements such as supplier e-Kanban
- Knowledge in supplier and company container management (returnable package handling), subcontracting, and supplier consignment
- Knowledge in general warehouse processes beyond incoming warehouse advantages (e.g., putaway, stock removal, picking, PSA processing)
- Good PP and QM integration skills (e.g., consumption-based call-off, GR from production)
- Excellent knowledge in goods receipt processing (e.g., ASN/Shipment, Unload control, Yard Management, Urgent Parts Processing, batch handling, Serialization)
- Knowledge in Transportation Planning and Monitoring
- English business fluent, German beneficial
- Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
