Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at International Automotive Components. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the project team to define production quality control standards and creating procedures for new start-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis of quality problems assigned to problem-solving activities.
  • Improve key quality indicators - scrap costs, line rejections, customer complaints.
  • Quality oversight of dedicated product and process.
  • Introduce and ensure quality tools and standards in the daily production environment.
  • Maintenance of quality documentation - Control Plans, MSA Studies, Control Instructions.
  • Quality training for production operators.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience working in the Quality Department in the automotive industry.
  • Master's degree in a technical field.
  • Communicative knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic quality tools: FMEA, PDCA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc.
  • Ability to define and coordinate corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
