Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Danish Crown Group Functions in POL-Kraków. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a big change and take their career to the next level.

As a Technical Product Owner - Data Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting Governance and Change Manager and a great team of experts from the fields of Master Data. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure group data standards and new data requirements are secured and integrated into the MD processes.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Ensuring usability, availability, and integrity of data together with data owner, operations, and CoE
  • Ensuring data quality and data quality processes are met
  • Enhancing data standards and the process to ensure data standards are met
  • Signing off the data ingestion definitions for new data points together with CoE

You will also participate in data projects to enable data, drive the delivery of the 6 dimensions of process management for Master data, and ensure that the specification and design of MDS is fit for purpose and fulfilling the business and technical objectives.

Other specific tasks include evaluating the Agile team together with the Scrum Master, coordinating business resource allocation, engaging with IT stakeholders, and participating in Product Backlog Initiation, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog Grooming & Sprint Demo.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of data management principles, SAP processes, and Scrum. You should have good communication skills, ability to handle uncertainties, negotiation skills, and be accessible to the team. Fluency in spoken and written English is required, with Danish being an advantage.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
