About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a technical and engineering-focused position. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within our Electronic Document Management System.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Enter all data accurately into the Electronic Document Management System and ensure it is complete and up-to-date.
  • Determine what needs to be done to correct any inaccurate data and implement the necessary corrections.
  • Research and obtain information from various sources and deliver it to requesters in the appropriate format.
  • Transform electronic document formats into the proper format for long-term storage.
  • Proactively identify issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in any technical or engineering field.
  • Previous experience in internships or relevant work environments.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with different document types and basic knowledge of query/search functions.
  • Understanding of web-based technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

This attractive opportunity comes with an estimated salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
