Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Specialist to join our team, focusing on implementing, maintaining, and enhancing international HR IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of HR IT tools with internal and external systems/services.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and test technical issues related to integration code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints, providing solutions or workarounds.
  • Ensure the stable operation and support of relevant applications.
  • Develop and evaluate technical specifications, coordinate with IT infrastructure, and conduct tests and documentation.

The Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR consulting, working with Employee Lifecycle HR IT applications, or integrating HR IT systems.
  • Strong knowledge of interface and database technologies (e.g., XML, SQL, JSON).
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
  • Ability to work independently and a solution-focused, service-driven mindset.
