Audit HR Sp. z o.o. is a leading company in the industry, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

Salary: Estimated PLN 120,000 - 180,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational departments, including production, logistics, quality, maintenance, and production engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in an operational management role in a manufacturing environment and will be able to lead an excellent team.

Job Description:

  • Operational Management: Oversee all operational departments, including production, logistics, quality, maintenance, and production engineering.
  • Team Management: Lead an excellent team of professionals and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop and implement the company's development strategy.
  • Reporting: Regularly report business results to the company's management board.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an operational management role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate employees.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
