Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to drive development of easy-to-navigate Tableau space for AI Services Product Management team, and influence decision-making across the org.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the team, developing complex, interactive, and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and visualizations, while creating best practices across the organization.

This is a 5-month FTC opportunity for maternity cover.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive, interactive, and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to design and build easy-to-use spaces in Tableau.
  • Unify existing dashboards and develop templates for consistent use across the organization.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability for growing data volumes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, ensuring consistent best practices.


About the Team:

Our Product Data Analytics team mission is to equip AI Services Product Management team to make data-driven decisions around features with AI component development (e.g. package detection), starting with insights for feature proposal and to feature post-launch evaluation.

We do this by quantifying user experience on each feature usage stage (activation, engagement, retention, reactivation), identifying usage patterns and new opportunities to improve customer experience with Ring devices.


Requirements:

  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data, performing statistical analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau.
  • Experience with writing SQL queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product data analytics or user experience analytics.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with data modelling, warehousing and designing ETL pipelines.
