Job Description:Responsibilities
  • Manage the accuracy of General Ledger for assigned Arrow companies.
  • Complete month-end financial close procedures including necessary accruals and prepayments activities.
  • Prepare internal reporting required within Europe and to US head office.
  • Facilitate restructuring accounting and control.
  • Implement Sarbanes Oxley controls.
  • Hedging and Revaluation tasks.
  • Headcount reporting, forecasting support.
  • Statutory accounting and corporation tax work.
  • Statutory/Corporate reconciliations and European consolidation.
  • VAT, Intrastat and Sales List Reporting, submission of Vat Returns and related compliance.
  • Audit work assistance.
  • Fixed asset register management, liaising with accounts payable clerks and other business areas.
  • Variance analysis preparation.
  • Support other accountants on various tasks to meet finance department needs.
What You Will Do at Arrow?
  1. You will be responsible for controlling and managing the General Ledger for assigned Arrow companies.
  2. Accurate completion of all relevant month-end financial close procedures including necessary accruals and prepayments activities.
  3. You will prepare and be responsible for all necessary internal reporting required within Europe and to US head office.
  4. Facilitate restructuring accounting and control processes.
  5. Implement relevant Sarbanes Oxley controls.
  6. Assist in hedging and revaluation tasks.
  7. Provide headcount reporting, forecasting support.
  8. Conduct statutory accounting and corporation tax work.
  9. Manage statutory/Corporate reconciliations and European consolidation.
  10. You will be responsible for VAT, Intrastat and Sales List Reporting, submission of Vat Returns and related compliance.
  11. Assist in audit work.
  12. Manage fixed asset register, liaising with accounts payable clerks and other business areas where required.
  13. Prepare variance analysis for all the above.
  14. Support other accountants within the team on a variety of tasks in order to meet the total needs of the finance department.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately 40,000 - 60,000 USD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.


RequirementsWhat We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in all-round accounting.
  • Very good knowledge of general accounting and reporting processes.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience with making an accrual, prepaid, VAT, balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills.
  • You are a results-driven person.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
