About Our Team

We're Text SA's Platform Growth team, responsible for empowering our platform teams to expand their reach and nurture relationships with developers. Our mission is to make life easier for developers by crafting content tailored to their needs, maintaining open lines of communication, and developing tools to streamline their workflow.

We're committed to assisting those seeking to automate their daily tasks and are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the developer community.

Your Role
  • Craft landing pages, designs, and visual assets optimized for desktop and mobile viewing;
  • Engage with team members and other Platform Teams to understand business objectives and integrate innovative ideas into strategies;
  • Evaluate project performance, draw conclusions, and recommend adjustments based on metrics;
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify best practices and product trends;
  • Seek out and propose tools that automate and streamline daily work.
Requirements
  • Experience in design, particularly in utilizing Figma;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tech trends and a solid grasp of developer needs;
  • Interest in diving deep into programming and tech;
  • Crafting efficient and visually captivating landing pages and visual assets;
  • Strong analytical mindset and expertise in CRO;
  • Understanding of SEO principles;
  • Diverse portfolio spanning various domains;
  • Able to oversee end-to-end project implementation;
  • Proactive approach to work, actively contributing ideas and proposing solutions;
  • Able to present and demonstrate ideas effectively;
  • Open to expanding skill set by exploring new visual forms;
  • Experience in Web Animations (nice to have).
How We Work

We maintain valuable face-to-face connections by working in the office for three days each month, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
