Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Business Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and participating in business improvement projects, driving process improvements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in business improvement projects in Business Finance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps
  • Monitor and maintain project improvements status and progress
  • Prioritize improvement ideas to implement in a department
  • Partner with projects specialists, controllers, and business partners to identify gaps in processes and address their business needs
  • Cooperate with different departments in finance to drive efficiencies
  • Constantly seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes to meet team's goals and success metrics
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5-6 years of demonstrable finance experience
  • Process Improvement experience required
  • Process mapping and streamlining experience
  • Understanding of financial metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner
  • Interested in developing new system solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with Finance and non-Finance staff at various levels
  • Self-starter & Team player
  • Very good organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent English (spoken, written), candidate is able to hold project-specific discussions with project team and occasionally with external parties (customer, vendors)
  • Proactive and 'can-do' attitude with drive to challenge the status quo
  • Accredited certificate in lean management and/or six sigma Green Belt certificate
  • Knowledge of Automation solutions
  • Project management skills
