Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior IT Delivery Team Lead to build lead and develop our IT Delivery team in Krakow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT personnel for global implementation and rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Acquire manage and coordinate internal and external IT personnel for global implementation and rollout projects
    The intention is that you build a team with the following example functions: Business Consultants Software Developers Administrators Data Analysts Support Personnel and others.
  2. Be a strong partner for our business departments and together with your team ensure the company's developments and operations are running smoothly
  3. Plan design and implement high-quality features for our IT applications in collaboration with the internal IT product teams
  4. Create a framework for the team to achieve common goals grow through challenges promote personal development and provide a home for the whole team
  5. Work within the scope of Viega global IT Strategy and operate under the guidance of the headquarter leadership team
Your Profile
  1. A successfully completed degree in computer science or a similar qualification is the basis for your tasks
  2. You have also had several years of professional and management experience in the IT environment and would now like to take responsibility for a branch office
  3. Furthermore you are able to communicate fluently in German English and Polish both spoken and written
  4. In addition you are also a charismatic leader who is able to inspire and develop employees
  5. You are characterized by your analytical conceptual and communication skills You handle your daily tasks with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
