We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Expert to join our team in central London. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for completing scheduled maintenance tasks and responding to breakdowns on commercial facilities to electrical and HVAC plant.

About the Job:

  • Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance on commercial facilities
  • Perform routine inspections of electrical and HVAC systems
  • Liaise with end-users on site to ensure minimum disruption
  • Generate and complete tasks and H&S paperwork as required
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid ECS card and NVQ/C&G plus 18th edition
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of building services maintenance
  • Ability to work at heights and confined spaces
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures

Contract Details:

  • Permanent full-time position, Monday-Friday, standard 40 hours
  • Overtime available
