PMSolutions is seeking an experienced Back Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, developing, and updating documentation regarding assigned tasks
  • Registering transactions by provided documentation
  • Ability to take decisions on provided information

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish language in oral and written communication (B2)
  • English on communicative level
  • Ability to take decision on provided information

Working Conditions:

  • Workplace: Lodz or Gdansk/Gdynia
  • Full-time job contract
