Job Title: Associate Client Services Representative

Broadridge is seeking a highly skilled Associate Client Services Representative to join our team in Gdansk, Poland. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing proactive support to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day service to multiple clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to track and resolve client issues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and troubleshoot emergency client issues, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to identify opportunities for system enhancements and new services, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding system releases, new features, and enhancements, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date.
  • Act as a billable resource for long-term projects, providing expert support and guidance to clients.
  • Ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish regular communication with clients, managing the customer relationship through effective communication and proactive support.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Broadridge's product suite and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and enhancements.
  • Comply with all relevant Broadridge policies, ensuring the security and privacy of client data.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Broadridge systems and services.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on new features, system updates, and best practices for utilizing Broadridge services effectively.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous quality enhancement.
  • Update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge database, encompassing user guides, one-pagers, FAQs, and manuals.
  • Utilize Jira to track and manage daily client interactions, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, issues, and requests.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the financial services and asset management industry, with a solid understanding of business goals and commercial business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
