About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Designer to join our team at Alcon Polska. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing digital products from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered outcomes.
  • Create design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that meet usability standards.
  • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences through iterative testing and refinement.
  • Collaborate with our agile team to ensure design solutions are feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Identify and address design problems through creative problem-solving.
  • Rapidly test and iterate designs to validate and improve solutions.
  • Facilitate co-creative workshops with stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Analyze user experience metrics to track progress and report on UX improvements.
  • Mature our Design System through feedback and contribution to drive consistency and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Digital Product Designer.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research methods, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability considerations.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard UX software like Figma and Dovetail.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
