The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality products with exceptional performance. Key responsibilities include analyzing product requirements, crafting test plans, designing test setups, developing unified test environments, and creating test automation software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated verification systems to ensure complete and robust test coverage.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to create product requirements that meet key validation criteria.
  • Create and execute test plans/cases for black-box testing according to project schedules.
  • Work as an integrated project member in embedded software teams.

About Your Team:

You will be part of a global engineering organization with team members in Europe, North America, and Asia. The team collaborates closely with HW Engineers, SW Engineers, ME Engineers, and V&V Engineers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills in both hardware and software development, although strong skills in one area can still contribute significantly to the team.

Preferred Skills:

Hardware-related skills include:

  • Understanding product functions and parameters from an electronics perspective.
  • Experience with hardware development processes.
  • Familiarity with electronic hardware principles, circuits, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in using equipment for DC, LF, and RF measurements.

Software-related skills include:

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Programming skills for test automation, particularly with Python or Squish.
  • Understanding product features from a user's perspective.

We also value individuals with the ability to learn new programming concepts, languages, and best practices, as well as those who can work effectively with ambiguity and make sound judgments.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Bonus Information:

The bonus structure is based on individual and team performance. The total compensation package, including bonuses, can reach up to $120,000 per annum.
