Aftersales Area Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Aftersales Area Manager to lead our aftersales operations and drive customer satisfaction and retention in the Polish automotive market.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Polish automotive aftersales market, including service operations, parts logistics, and customer experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive aftersales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and brand standards.
  • Establish and maintain KPIs for dealers' aftersales operations, regularly analysing performance and implementing improvements.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities of aftersales staff.
  • Implement innovative service solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure dealer network compliance with OEM standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align aftersales strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in automotive aftersales.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful aftersales strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive technologies and service operations.
  • Strong understanding of the Polish automotive market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Electric Vehicle servicing, diagnosis, and repair.
  • Experience with Automotive OEM/Importer would be highly desirable.
