As a Workforce Data Analyst at GXO Logistics, Inc., you will be responsible for driving strategic HR insights across the European region. You will collaborate closely with our HR community and engage directly with senior leadership across Payroll, HRIS, and HRIT. Your key responsibilities will include building-out and delivering world-class HR Workforce Analytics and HR Reporting processes.
You will design and deliver value-add and innovative reports, dashboards, metrics, and analysis that will support business unit data-driven decisions. You will work in sync with the Global HR reporting team on all major global projects and become a trusted advisor to the HR Leaders and other business units.
To succeed in this role, you will have a Master's degree in data-driven Business, Finance, HR, and Business Analysis. You will also have 6+ years related experience with in-depth understanding and experience of HR processes and organization. Significant experience working with analytics, familiarity with statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis), and BI tools is required. Advanced skills in data manipulation and transformation are essential.
As a Team Leader, you will prioritize work, manage incoming requests, and partner with team members to ensure deliverables are up to the highest standards. You will supervise and provide professional development to your team members so that they can perform at their fullest potential.
