Workforce Analytics – Continental Europe Lead

Step into a dynamic, high-impact role as the Workforce Analytics Lead for Continental Europe, where you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic HR insights. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with our HR community and engage directly with senior leadership across Payroll, HRIS, and HRIT. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and inspire a small, talented team, all while shaping workforce analytics across a diverse region. This role can be performed remotely from either Poland or Romania.

What do you do on a typical day as our WorkForce Analytics – Continental Europe Lead:

  1. Work closely with SVP of HR and other key leaders in Europe as well as the country HR Directors to build-out, and deliver a world-class HR Workforce Analytics and HR Reporting processes.
  2. Design and deliver value-add and innovative reports, dashboards, metrics, and analysis, that will support BUs data-driven decisions.
  3. Work in sync with the Global HR reporting team on all major global projects.
  4. Become a trusted advisor to the HR Leaders and other BUs (e.g., IT, Finance).
  5. Develop benchmarking capabilities to identify and share HR Trends.
  6. Partner with GDPR Compliance and Legal team to establish HR Reporting as a control point on HR Data and how HR Data is used. Ensure data is processed and passed securely and within regulations.
  7. Continuously look for efficiencies and synergies (e.g., develop tools to automate frequent reports, define business process improvements and automation).
  8. Improve HR System data architecture to enable consistent and effective reporting services by partnering closely with HRIS and IT team.

  1. Prioritize work, manage incoming requests, and partner with team members to ensure deliverables are up to the highest standards.
  2. Supervise and provide professional development to your team members so that they can perform at their fullest potential.
  3. Identify, own and drive resolution for any major issues, in a pragmatic and collaborative way.

What you need to succeed at GXO as our WorkForce Analytics – Continental Europe Lead:

  1. Master's degree in data-driven Business, Finance, HR and Business Analysis.
  2. 6+ years related experience with in-depth understanding and experience of HR processes and organization.
  3. Significant experience working with analytics, familiarity with statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis) and BI tools, and advanced skills in data manipulation and transformation.
  4. Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to listen to, understand and influence internal customers and translate requirements into efficient solutions.
  7. Result-oriented with strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  8. Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and MS Project) and knowledge of PowerBi.
  9. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
