About the Role

Altimetrik Poland is a digital enablement company that delivers innovative solutions to enterprises and startups. We're looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team and drive the development of high-end timepieces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
  • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to represent complex data in an easily understandable manner using tools like Power BI.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions, ensuring fast and efficient data processing and retrieval.
  • Implement user and data security to protect sensitive information.
  • Lead a team of BI engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices and reviewing the team's work.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Proficient in Power BI report development and dashboards per business requirement and publishing to the consumers for decision-making.
  • Sound knowledge of various visuals like Heat Maps, Geocoding, Symbol Maps, Pie Charts, Bar Charts, Tree Maps, Gantts, Circle Views, Line Charts, Area Charts, Scatter Plots, Bullet Graphs, Histograms, etc.
  • Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning, and optimization of reports/dashboards.
  • Security: strong understanding of Power BI user and group security configuration.
  • Tech stack: Knowledge of full BI Stack tools: SQL, PowerBI, PowerQuery, DAX, etc. Experience with Azure ecosystems.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data-related challenges and optimize data architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
