We are on a journey to optimize our customer experience operations by streamlining processes and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Automation Business Partner to focus on creating efficiencies through the automation of key system checks and updates.

This role will play a crucial part in identifying opportunities for automation in system checks and updates, designing and implementing automation solutions to optimize processes and reduce manual intervention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems and workflows, creating scripts, workflows, and tools to automate routine tasks, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to identify opportunities for automation in system checks and updates.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize processes and reduce manual intervention.
  • Create scripts, workflows, and tools to automate routine tasks, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to team members on utilizing automated tools effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A continuous improvement mindset and project management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or similar.
  • Knowledge of transport and logistics.
  • Knowledge of database systems and SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms (MS Power Apps power automate, Flow, AI).
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, macros, and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
