About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Consultant to join our European Consulting Team. As a Reward Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic global HR/Reward advice, consulting within the Compensation & Benefits space, and delivering a wider range of services and consultancies to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide reward and broader HR support to clients across Europe.
  • Explore and execute business growth opportunities in the European market.
  • Drive the development of reward strategies, policies, and processes for our clients.
  • Provide consulting and advisory on international reward structures & principles.
  • Develop and drive client events and client relationships.
  • Manage client projects and internal projects independently.
  • Be a mentor & a role model to junior team-members, supporting and guiding in relation to client projects.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in HR and specialized knowledge within the field of rewards and job structures.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience within the consultancy field and/or experience from a reward function in a larger company.
  • Process development or project management experience and business development experience is considered a plus.
  • Detail orientated with a high personal ambition to ensure high-quality deliveries at all times.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams across Europe in addition to our central team in Warsaw.
  • Fluent English.
