Responsibilities
  • We prepare Master Production Planning, including weekly Master Production Scheduling and high-level & quarterly Rough Cut Capacity, based on finance/sales AOP and demand planning.
  • We execute Supply Review for Platform/Hub as part of the monthly iS&OP cycle.
  • We support the preparation of contingency plans for products to avoid availability issues, determine best applications to fit cost models & supply strategies, and have monthly/weekly control on defined inventory/production modeling.
  • We support the total Category iS&OP process by providing timely input and insights to the Category E2E Region Manager.
  • We share expertise with other planners through exchange sessions and best practice sharing between teams.
  • We implement Prolink Export for PL & DACH and support the COE team in new system solution implementation.
  • We support DII management agenda and execute DII targets via effective inventory management and collaboration with Finance / Control teams.
  • We become a natural backup for SC Plng Assoc Planner.
  • We drive standardization of planning processes and tools across all PL & DACH Beverage teams.
  • We support Business Continuity Planning by developing contingency plans for strategic supply chains and alternative sourcing.
  • We identify reasons for low service and recommend improvements and solutions.
  • We suggest cost and operations optimization within our area of responsibility.
  • We contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain efficiency by leading projects assigned and/or participating in project groups.
Qualifications
  • We require a high level of knowledge & understanding of E2E supply systems & processes.
  • We need strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • We require strong communication / facilitation skills to build and sustain working relationships across internal BU's and external Suppliers.
  • We need fluent written and spoken English.
  • We require planning – thinking skills, highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgements.
  • We need execution – commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workloads while working under pressure to challenging timelines.
  • We require excellent ability to work x-cultural & x-functional.
  • We need skills and working knowledge of state-of-the-art information systems for planning tools (e.g. JDA, APO/SAP).
