We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Security Architect to join our team at Experis Manpower Group.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing security policies from the early stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement security policies, ensuring robust security elements are integrated throughout the SDLC.
  • Create and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, automating security steps to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Design, develop, and improve CI/CD environments by implementing security tools, ensuring continuous development and innovation.
  • Analyze the security of APIs, applications, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) code, hardening DevOps environments.
  • Secure public cloud environments and microservices-based environments, conducting security assessments of hybrid solutions.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in IT or in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
  • Experience with one of the leading clouds: Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub.
  • Understanding of web application security, secure coding principles, and knowledge of popular attack methods.
  • Practical experience in working with on-prem, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) models.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and infrastructure platforms based on containerization, such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Anthos.
  • Understanding of Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and their implementation in CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with authorization, authentication, and session management concepts, including SAML, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
