Michael Page is a leading recruitment agency, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Retail Investment Director. Our client is a well-established real estate investment firm that requires a seasoned executive to lead their retail portfolio strategy.

As the Retail Investment Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive growth in the company's retail park projects. This involves overseeing the management of the property portfolio, identifying new investment opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize property asset values.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the management of the company's property portfolio (retail parks)
  • Identifying and pursuing new investment opportunities in the property (retail) sector
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximise property asset values
  • Leading negotiations for property acquisitions and disposals
  • Collaborating with internal departments on property investment and management matters
  • Providing expert advice on property market trends and investment opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the property industry

Requirements
- Strong educational background in Property, Business, Finance or related field
- Proven experience in property investment and asset management, preferably within retail area
- Excellent knowledge of the property market and investment strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- A results-driven approach and the ability to make sound business decisions
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills
