This position is responsible for conducting effective transaction monitoring investigations, developing an understanding of how and why money laundering, terrorist financing, and tax evasion are executed, and recognising the differences between them and their impact.
You will stay up-to-date with current AML laws, directives, and policies, and implement them into the process.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and representing dedicated Circle procedures, understanding and measuring SLAs, KPIs, forecasts, benchmarks, MIS, and supporting audit reviews.
You will represent Circle in Area level initiatives, cooperate with other Experts, Junior Experts & Management Team, show proactive attitude, propose ideas to improve the process, and be willing to coordinate and implement changes.
Responsibilities include supporting the leadership team and colleagues in dedicated projects, such as seeking and implementing improvements, reporting, management information, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert to their Circle on AML and TM-related topics.
You will support countries in preparing for audits and other controls.
A key objective is to optimise and transform TM processes within all jurisdictions, not only through automation but also through the search for improvements in the process.
