Job Title: Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist to join our Global Treasury Capability.

This is an exciting opportunity to assist the Treasury Manager with day-to-day EMEA cash management operations and treasury processes in a dynamic environment focused on value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage EMEA cash positions and reconcile transactions, provide short-term forecasts, and support funds request processes.
  • Administer bank accounts across multiple platforms, including Kyriba Treasury Management system, and manage bank mandates, user setup, and training.
  • Verify Anti-Money Laundering requirements for all countries in scope, open and close bank accounts, and comply with various regulations.
  • Oversee the FBAR reporting process.
  • Optimize liquidity and modernize payment processes by leveraging technology effectively.
  • Enhance controls throughout the process.
  • Support auditors and business partners during audit processes.
  • Embody Principled-Based Management (PBM) culture within the treasury team by applying the company's Guiding Principles.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal customers and external counterparties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 1-5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or related fields.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Prioritize tasks based on value-add, both monetary and time-saving.
  • Basic understanding of FX risk management principles.
