Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will work directly with colleagues in country to understand their processes and requirements. You will analyze local processes and requirements to assist in the development of global processes and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include producing business analysis outputs, working closely with Project Managers, and building relationships with leading business and technical subject matter experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  1. ">
  2. 5-10+ years experience of large scale insurance projects, ideally with knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology.">
  3. Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with leading business and technical subject matter experts.">
  4. Flexibility to work with diverse teams from different countries and cultures.">
  5. Exercise curiosity to influence decisions that align to program strategy.">
  6. Self-motivated and able to take leadership on areas of work assigned.">
  7. Ability to see the 'big picture' solution but equally drill down to low-level detail when required.">
  8. Advanced business analysis skills and analytical ability to understand complex subjects and transferring that knowledge into required deliverables.">
  9. Experience in producing a range of Business Analysis outputs, including business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, and user journeys.">
  10. Fluent English speaker.">
  11. Team coaching, mentoring experience.">
  12. Excellent authoring and document review skills and vocabulary.">
  13. Negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills.">
  14. Excellent team player with the ability to maintain trust at all levels.">
  15. Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies.">
  16. Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools.">
  17. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.">
  18. Certification in business analysis is desirable.">
