About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Invoicing Specialist/Team Coordinator to join our team at HEINEKEN Kraków. As a key member of our global shared services, you will be responsible for executing invoicing processes, verifying revenue, and performing root cause analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Checking invoicing inputs for accuracy and completeness
  • Executing invoicing transactions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Verifying revenue and performing root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Distributing and archiving invoices according to company policies
  • Standardizing and optimizing processes across OpCos and systems to ensure seamless execution
  • Providing OpCo-specific insights and recommendations as required
  • Applying deep knowledge of E2E systems and invoicing processes to drive business results
  • Identifying potential risks and taking proactive steps to mitigate them
  • Maintaining process controls, policies, and compliance to ensure adherence to company standards
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You should have:

  • English B2/C1 language proficiency
  • German B2/C1 language proficiency (an advantage)
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with different systems and software
  • 5-7 years of experience in the finance field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process
  • Experience in a multi-national environment (including Shared Services Centres)
  • Mindset and behaviors aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviours
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel and Word
