Business Analyst Role Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our UK project team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / web projects and will be responsible for ensuring business needs are fully documented, understood, and met by the proposed solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users.
  • Identify and recommend options for potential solutions, assessing them for technical and business suitability.
  • Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
  • Present proposals to clients.
  • Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go live.
  • Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
  • Provide estimates for future analysis work.
  • Collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure all solutions deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to users of new systems as required.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the test team.
  • Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain great client relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Maintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalate business-critical situations as required.
  • Manage situations and relationships both internally and externally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/web projects.
  • Experience managing client stakeholders.
  • Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset with maturity and initiative to keep clients happy.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of Agile software delivery.
  • Business Process mapping and engineering.
  • Production of high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analysis and design of systems.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative to an agreed action plan.
  • Strong communication skills - high level of communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, with strong attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: 14,000 - 19,000 PLN monthly (B2B contract).
  • Fully remote job with possibility to visit offices in Poznań, Katowice, and Bydgoszcz.
