Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team at Newell Poland Services Sp. z o.o.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with local legislation, and supporting various payroll-related functions.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our HR department, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll systems and regulations, as well as experience in multi-country payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payroll data, verifying information via API and ensuring 100% accuracy in reports.
  • Review external provider output reports to guarantee all instructions are processed correctly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll practices and regulations, representing payroll during internal and external audits.
  • Participate in designing and testing internal controls (SOX compliance).
  • Provide timely and effective responses to payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with multi-country payroll experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to audit, compile, and analyze payroll data.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Experience with SOX compliance is a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multiple payroll platforms such as Hypervision, E-temptation, ADPlink, and PeopleDoc would be an asset.
  • Exposure to payroll for other countries (e.g., Portugal, Italy, Turkey, South Africa) is advantageous.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience.
