About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for developing new concepts of applications' vision based on customer needs and expectations of stakeholders/principals within the framework of strategic guidelines. You will define product features and communicate these decisions transparently within the team.

You will also be accountable for the end-to-end ownership and delivery of IT solutions involved in processing data. This includes ensuring the incorporation of Commerzbank regulatory and legal standards, continuously amending products in line with customer needs, and incorporating the latest regulatory and technological/market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their specific requirements, products, assets, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure stable operations in accordance with service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide direction to a strategic product onboarding plan (Product Roadmap) based on consumer needs, business benefits to the bank, and leadership vision.
  • Manage platform backlog by defining epics and user stories, including acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the backlog based on alignment to the product roadmap and current stakeholder priorities.
  • Lead business requirements and engage with lines of business and development teams to ensure business needs are translated into appropriate technical specifications.
  • Manage system supplier relations and contract negotiation.
  • Provide guidance and education to all stakeholders regarding new implementations and infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a combination of strong IT affinity and business analytics skills. Key qualifications include understanding and analyzing business, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, application testing knowledge and trade finance knowledge are essential for success in this position.
