We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.



Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial information, ensuring accuracy and providing valuable insights for business decisions. As part of the Global IT Finance Team, this role will involve providing budget holder reporting dashboards, managing intercompany transactional costs, and performing input into financial systems.



About You


  • You hold at least 3 years of experience in FMCG, Shared Services, Corporate Finance, or Management Accounting.
  • Hold a degree education with professional accountancy qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) preferred.
  • Have a good understanding of group and project accounting principles.
  • Understand intercompany recharge processes and have working knowledge of the CAT's time system.
  • Able to manage high volumes of data and present information in an impactful way using SAP/BPC systems.
  • Identify process and reporting improvements and proactively implement solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support Budget Holders and Project Managers.
  • Prioritise and manage own workload effectively, being resilient and open to challenge.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products, SAP experience essential.
