Job Description

  • Maintain and administer payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and benefits data in alignment with country-specific service catalogs.
  • Deliver customer service for pay, time, and benefits, resolving inquiries and ensuring seamless request management.
  • Process, reconcile, and troubleshoot mass data uploads, ensuring timely and accurate payroll integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, addressing issues proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced payroll professional with a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of payroll cycles, tax and social insurance, and benefits processes.
  • Broad knowledge of People & Culture (P&C) practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills for accurate data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookup).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English that will help build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
